Lyel Smar

Lyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University where he developed applicable knowledge of the architectural design process and fluency with computer programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign, Rhinoceros, energy modeling software such as IES VE. 

Lyle has been primed for teaching by mentoring young architects through the design process and serving as juror on student reviews in the architecture programs at Kent State University and Case Western Reserve University.

In his free time, Smarr enjoys traveling and hiking, having recently returned from a five-week road trip around the United States where he visited numerous national parks and major American cities.
